The channel is Live chat. The same link is in the footer of every page. This site does not publish an email address. It does not publish a phone number. There is no contact form. Do not invent an inbox, and do not trust a number or an address that someone pastes beside the install. If a message asks you to move the conversation onto a new address, stop and stay on the live chat link from this site.
What chat is for
Use the same chat for a stuck install and for a question the pages cannot close. That includes a reward tile you cannot restate, a deposit or a withdrawal whose method, limit, or time is unclear, an invite figure, an account you cannot open, and a sentence on this site that disagrees with the screen in the app. There is no promised reply time. Silence is not permission to install a file that failed the size check.
The public accounts in the footer are Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. They are not a second support desk, and they are not a place to accept an APK. A correction to these pages still goes to live chat. Do not send a password, a card number, or a payment handle.
What to tell chat
Send five facts, in ordinary sentences. The Android version. The stage you stuck on. The version name and the version code in App info, if Hero11 is already on the phone. Whether the byte size matched 3,288,315. Whether you used the button on this site. Those five are enough to tell a stalled download from a blocked install from an old package that never got replaced. A screenshot can help if the text on it is readable, but the words still need to be in the message. A photo of a progress bar with no numbers is not one of the five facts.
The measured file those facts are compared with is dated 22 October 2026: version name 1.13.f675, version code 497893, 3,288,315 bytes (about 3.1 MB), package com.ofho.fhoy. You do not need to retype the SHA-256 unless you already computed one that disagreed. If you did hash the file, paste the hex you got and say whether you ignored letter case. The expected hex is on the verify page.
Android version
Open Settings, then About phone, and read the Android version. Write the number as the phone shows it, such as the major version on that screen. If About phone is tucked under a System or More row, it is still the same fact. The security-patch line is optional. The model name is useful when the install sheet uses odd wording, so add it if you see it, but do not skip the Android version to make room for the model.
Say so plainly if the device is not Android. An iPhone or iPad does not install this APK. Chat does not need a fake Android version for that case. Say “iPhone” or “iPad,” and say that you are using the page in the browser. The script on this site already sends the download tap on those devices to the fantasy page. There is no further install to debug on iOS, and this site will not provide a sideload.
The stage you stuck on
Name one stage, matching the fix page. The download never finishes. Android reported a parse error, or said the app was not installed, and the file looks incomplete. The install is blocked by the source permission, by Play Protect, or by a work profile. An older Hero11 is already installed and Android reports a conflict. The app installed but will not open, or it opens onto an error screen. The icon is there, but App info still shows an older version code.
Pick the earliest stage that is still true. If the download never finished, do not also describe a parse error as if a full package had been checked. If you already uninstalled something, say that you did, and say whether you accepted losing local app data. Do not ask chat to guess which of the six you meant from the single sentence “it does not work.”
Version name and version code in App info
If Hero11 is on the phone, open Settings, then Apps, then Hero11, and read the version row in App info. Report both the version name and the version code. For the file measured on 22 October 2026 those values are 1.13.f675 and 497893. If your row shows something else, write the something else exactly. An older version code means the new file did not replace the old one. You are still on the previous install, and the icon does not change that.
If Hero11 is not installed, say that App info has no Hero11 entry. Do not leave the field blank and hope it is obvious. If a work profile is on the phone, say which profile’s App info you read. The personal profile and the work profile can show different version codes. Reading the wrong one sends chat to the wrong stage.
Whether the byte size matched
State the size you actually saw, not a rounded impression. The match is 3,288,315 bytes. About 3.1 MB is only the scale written beside that count on this site. If the phone showed 3,288,315, say the size matched. If it showed any other integer, say it did not match and include the integer. If the phone showed only a rounded megabyte line, say that you could not read bytes, and do not convert the rounding into a yes.
If you have not downloaded yet, say the size check has not happened. If a partial file is still in the download list, say that you have not installed it. Delete it rather than attaching it to the chat. Chat does not need your apk. A forwarded copy, including one you send “so they can see,” is the sort of file this site tells you not to install. Keep it off the conversation and off the installer.
Whether you used the button on this site
Say yes only if the file came from Download Hero11 for Android on hero11.download. Say no if it came from a chat, a search result, a social post, or a page that copied the name. “A friend said it was the same button” is a no. The friend may be right about their own download and wrong about the file that arrived on your phone. If you are unsure, the honest report is that you are unsure, and the file stays uninstalled until the size and, if you can run it, the hash agree with the 22 October 2026 record.
A later file from the same button can be a newer build. If you used the button and the size or the hash does not match, say that clearly. The right next step is to stop, not to install while you wait to hear back. There is no promised reply time, so do not treat silence as permission. The unmatched file waits.
What not to send
Do not send passwords. Do not send payment details. Do not send a full recording of your screen if it shows either of those. The install facts above are the whole request. Do not send an identity document to prove you may install an app. The footer already states the limit that is published here: 18+ only, and paid rooms are not offered in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, or Sikkim. Chat is not a place to negotiate that line.
Do not ask for a different apk “just this once.” If the package name was not com.ofho.fhoy, or the size was not 3,288,315 bytes, the answer on this site remains stop. Play Protect stays on. This page will not tell you to disable device protection, and a chat message that tells you to turn protection off for the whole phone disagrees with the install page. Leave the protection on and describe the package name the warning showed.
Before you open chat
You can often finish without a message. A download that stalled needs a stable connection, several times 3,288,315 bytes free, and a fresh tap of the button, as on the install page. A hash that does not match means stop, as on the verify page. A single failed stage has one fix on the fix page. The short form of those cases is the FAQ. Open Live chat when those pages do not cover what the phone just did, and put the five facts in the first message so the thread does not start with a blank “help.”
Send the facts once. Repeating them every few minutes does not create a reply time this page never offered. If you are in the last minutes before a contest locks, do not spend them on a new download. Use the fantasy page you already have open, and write to chat later with the stage you stuck on.
